Returns and Refunds
Standard items are supplied with a 14 day guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with any of your purchases, please return them to us in their original condition within 14 days and we will issue a full refund for the price of the items. We will also refund the delivery charge if the return is a result of our error. Please write clearly on the Packing List the reason for return. UK orders should be returned to New Wave UK, 17 Boulters Gardens, Maidenhead, SL6 8TR, United Kingdom. For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service.
