This DVD, presented by Paul Thompson - Chief Coach of the Great Britain Women's Squa and Lightweight Squads, covers techniques used in training by GB Rowing. The DVD covers biomechanical principles of rowing and sculling, stroke components, rowing and sculling exercises, physiology and training, land training, mental skills and race strategies. In addition, there are interviews with some of the rowers, coaches and support staff. The DVD is a companion to the book 'Sculling - Training.
